Integrated Management

ECPM provides client-side management of construction and refurbishment programs on the owner's behalf.

We appoint and coordinate architects, contractors and consultants, oversee program and budget, manage procurement and change control, and maintain oversight of delivery throughout.

Our role is client-side throughout. ECPM acts for the owner, not the contractor, with clear reporting against the agreed program, budget and standard of delivery.
